want to start sub-contract work

hi there, i have been plastering on the domestic side of things for about 2 years and never done sub-contract work and want to no how is the best way to go about sub contracting,if you can help please let me no,many thanks.

get yourself cis registered at your local tax office and youre away mate, phone around local plastering contractors and try and get a start
at the mo skim 2.50- 4
hardwall and set 4.50-6.50
krend 8.50 -13
all depending on how good the job is and how tight the boss is!
