Best solution, a membrane system ( Newton or similar). From my experience, cement based systems that deal with positive water pressre are only as good as the substrate behind. With too many variable to consider, a membrane system with sump pump can be fixed to any substrate easily.

we used to use Triton cavity systems with a sump pump.

as Henry said K11 is the bees , but as Mark pointed out you do need a lot of surface prep if the substrate is not up to scratch which usually makes this system cost inhibitive, but it is pretty much bullet proof if done correctly, and you don't have to worry about a sump pump failing, blocking etc
