Started wearing one of the rigid plastic elbow supports with elastic strap for my tennis elbow

do you lads who use,em wear them for work or just afterwards to recover

When I had it I wore a strap that had a air bubble in it from the physio room worked well and wore it for work only and bought a bio flow bracelet

I would advise against wearing an elbow brace for tennis elbow. Came across an article that explains why...

You are better off doing exercises that are specific to tennis elbow if you really want to overcome it.

just stop playing tennis.

Look on you tube .... Power ball it can help with rsi and muscle injury. ..that's what I use
Should also find a info on it on Google. .
Can be bought in places like go outdoors and so on
