if anyone suffers from this suffer no more!!

had it a few years ago,the usual cortasone over a year and it kept coming back.anyway got talking to a physio and she recomended whats called an ''epiey clasp''....it holds the tendans straight so you actualy heal as you work:RpS_thumbsup:

if you could do wi one you'll find it on the buppa website...somewhere

all the best:RpS_biggrin:

Got one of those copper bands with the magnets in and so far ive had no bother since i started using it..............thought it was a load of cobblers when i first got it but so far so good

i had one of them copper bands but got sick of getting a green wrist every bloody day

Never sufferd with the elbow, it was my wrist that gave me some pain, the copper bangle really helped, and gettin married eliminated the prob altogether:RpS_sneaky::RpS_blushing::RpS_laugh:

I've tried one too and it's worked for me. Felt a but gullible at first but after a couple of weeks wearing it no pain anymore. SHAZAM!!!

Soddin' tennis elbow - sometimes get it in my left elbow, walking round like Napoleon. Got a pain in my elbow at the moment but don't think it's tendinitis.

about 10yr ago worked with a guy who couldn't use his right arm cos of tennis elbow, inflamed tendons call it what you will....he couldn't have anymore injections so he taught himself to plaster with his left hand(go on artisan...you know you can't resist)
and he was one of the best all round plasteres i ever worked with.
