swing gun for roughcast

in the bath earlier was visualising spraying nirvana as you do every now and then....when i suddenly thought, why not try the swing gun with a nice big tip to spray apply cpi for a good roughcast texture. The reason being is that ive tried to spray acrylic with this setup and the onboard comp of the xl and it was more like a roughcast texture with the blobs being too large for the fine texturing i was after, but not anywhere near as lumpy as les's blobby vid. Switch material and away??
