Sun damaged basalt grey parex

Hi looking for a bit of advice
Been using parex render since February after moving over from Weber, because of the parinter undercoat. Did a job in basalt grey about 5 weeks ago. Hadn’t realised how dark the colour was. When we opened the bags there was hard set lumps the top of the bags. When we started putting it on it the sun cane out of nowhere and completely baked the window wall. I had to rub parts of the wall up 10 mins after it was put on , basically the wall is f**k*d it’s dried horrendous, and I need to sort it out. I’m speaking to parex rep on Monday I’m just hoping I don’t have to hack it off. Can I go over it with silicone top coat render? Would I have to put new beads on ? I’ll put a picture of the wall on after it was scratched you can see it’s already lighter colour in places. Also it has small spots on it all over as if it had set lumps in it, but it was mixed properly
Thanks
