What's the difference in spray cap sizes we've got a 16mm that we use and a 10mm dies it make alot of difference were using mono ?

We use a 10 or 12 with the Ritmo for mono/render. 14mm for mp75/ hardball

Anyone sprayed mono with the texture gun and high air before? Could you not build up say 3 flat layers which need to hardly be ruled before leaving? Sprayed Parinter a few week backs at 6mm and it was almost level with touching

That's too much hassle... spray and just rule it.... you're overthinking this spray plastering

we do 2 coat spray ,but 3 Steve ? my lad would kid my head in mate :RpS_blink:

With plaster being a light weight product the spray caps with a bigger diameter is much better due the the air pressure being able to spray the light product in a nice wide band . So when using render by reducing the diameter it give the air a much better chance the move the heavier product in to a better spray pattern .
