hi all,

I'm looking for a rough quote for overboarding my lounge ceiling, artex on lath & plaster, lounge is approx 14' by 12'.

No evidence of sagging execpt in one area which looks suspect and like artex is holding plaster up.

Not interested in skimming over the artex; bad experience of this in the hallway which brought down the new plaster, artex and old plaster.

I'm living in the flat and would rather avoid ripping down and new ceiling.

thanks
James

Im South London/Surrey, Kingston area, dependant on how far into town you are or if you are anywhere near me Ill give you a price.

Hi James
just finished one in Ilford e mail me at [email protected] and I will send you a quote.
Don't like to put prices on the forum.
And yes if you have a lathe & plaster ceiling the only way to stop it cracking is to overboard.
