Yeah. de quervain syndromes worse get that in my wrist/ thumb. wrist sounds like a creeky door when it’s bad . Lots of stretching is the only thing that eases it

The truth of the matter with plastering is you run over the job about half a dozen times in your head before you do it!! The more stressful the job the more you think on it!! There is no easy way to switch off! And if you have to travel then it's worse,? It's a very stressful job on top a of all this!!
That's why we drink a lot..
