Hi all on plasterboard do you do 1 coat or 2 coats of skim.

always two coats(sometimes even a third if dosent come out quite right), one every background, some will tell you one is enough, it ain't!!!

Always do 2 but know some only do 1 doesn't seem enough just wanted to make saw.
Some plaster seem to cover loads in a day.

On sarcastic mondays I'll put porridge in between the joints and paint it as is.

Most other days it get two coats

You can still cover loads in a day even when you do the job properly, its all about how you organize yourself. (And for me personally 2 coats always).
Er apart from universal 1 coat which i would.......1 coat.

I don't stop and spread pretty quick I think.

Ive tried one coating in the past but I could never seem to get the finish as good as a two coat. It did get done quicker though
