Silicone render onto sand cement render

Hi all.

Just wondering if I can apply silicone render over sand and cement render? Any help would be appreciated

After applying silicone render primer.

Cool wasn’t sure if it was only for thin coat systems with mesh embedded. If it’s ok to just prime sand cement then I’m happy cheers
