Silicate Penetrating Sealer with Calcium Stearate (tadelakt)

I plan to use a Lithium silicate penetrating sealer on top of the scratch and brown. I then plan to do the usual tadelakt soap surfacing on the finish coats.
Has anyone seen old and new technology succesfully combined in this or some other manner?

edit. I know not to use a silane. because of the interaction with the soap.
