this was covered ages ago but cant find the info :-[......for hardwall is it set the water to number 3 turn the water on for 5 secs then let the powder in ???

isnt this like your 7th joddy!? and you still dont know how to use one. no wonder you kept breaking them ;D

what sort of service is this from that man in wales, no training. o dear. I would have given you all the training before you left but as im in a good mood here is what you need to do.

Start Joddy, run water at about 6-7 for 10 sec and then let the hardwall in the mixing chamber. let the mix go to about 3/4 up the mixing chamber and then open the outlet about 2-3", if you open to much then it will not mix right and to low and the chamber will overflow. stick a tub under outlet and adjust water until right.

i bought it off ripbay simps ive sent ian a message this one was hard to refuse tbh........cheers for the help mate

also make you you dont have one of those high spot and stands that only just sit under the outlet you need the gear to fall well clear, just get into the habbit of pulling the gear away each time you go back to the spot so it dont back up . once you start using it mate you will wonder how you ever got on without one.

do you let it build up on the spot or will it keep you going as soon as it comes out? theres 2 of us were both sh1t mind ;D

it will keep 2 of ya goin easy. i tend to drop back ruling and mi mate keeps spreading. at 15 bags an hour it will bury u in gear. we lift it up onto a block and heve a ramp to run it onto the board we found it works better like that. let us know how it goes mate and a you tube vid to see ya wrking ;)

i was thinking of the ramp idea .....at the mo i think itll be let it fall into a butt and shovel it out or try it straight onto the spot .....lets see what mess we get into first .......do you do the same as simps wiganlad i.e let water go for 10 secs then let powder in ?.........also what number setting do you lads usually use?

between 5 and 6. i turn on and let the water in as soon as the water cums through i knock it of and openn powder count 5 secs wen the powder starts to come water bak on. get jst ovr half full and open gate bout 2 inch ans should run jst nice. good luck mate ;)

cheers mate do you mean turn on then as soon as you see water switch it off, open powder so it doesnt come up and leave for 5 secs then let both through

or

turn on switch off when you see water then let the powder through and switch on water as soon as you see powder

or neither ;D

water on turn off wen it comes through. then turn powder on and wen it starts cominthrough count 5 then turn water back on. k

used it today ......nghtmare for the first hour i swear i had it running perfectly straight off i let a bit of water in no5 then let the pwder and the water in at the same time filled a builders bucket then i started tweaking and it all went to s**t ;D........amazing how sensitive the controls are and the gate :-\.....we were running it into a butt and putting the drill through it plus powder we had to add cause it was all over the place but we got used to not playing with it and it got there sort of ;D...cheers for all the help lads from know on i think itll be a bit of trail and alot of error but when we had it right we couldnt keep up wicked tool

p.s when we put the drill back through it it was like spreading butter :)
