Hi chaps....Got a job fixing 38mm thermal p/boards to ceilings, builder is supplying 75mm loose drywall screws, just want your opinion as to what the best screw driver is. Ive got 3 Senco screw guns but they only go up to 55mm collated screws, don,t want to pay to much as only use 75mm screws now and again...Cheers

Ive got a ryobi 14.4 v and that does 75s not super fast but does the job they do a 18 v lion now impact driver was 70 quid at bnq with a battery may be better?

55s will fix that no problem. Tell the builder to get some collated ones. b*ll***s to single screws. Still gives you a third of the screw in the stud.

The screw should be a minimum of 25mm into the joist so 65mm screws will be enough.
