Feeling the pace a bit , done a floor today 85 sqm averaged about 75 mm back hurts for the first time in my life, anyway no real point to this post just fancied a whinge.

yes its a first for me normally get the aching fingers maybe a bit of cramp , got to get my hair cut tommorow and if the barber asks me if a want my eyebrows trimmed of my ears there will be trouble

thats why I never do screeding now, my back is not up to it anymore and im only 34.

i went on a tower scaffold course before christmas and fook me my back ached because i was sat down all day! goes to show how the body gets used to a bit of manipulation!
