I was mixing up & had a lot to do before the rain came so I was rushing. I mixed a 2:1:1 instead of a 4:1:1 for my scratch coat when I realised I had already got half the wall on so just carried on I put water proofer in the mix as well as lime I put sbr on the wall the day before as after I had hacked the existing render off I noticed the wall had been built on top of 5 course of old solid stone brick will the scratch coat cause me problems when I top coat it?
