I'm tanking a retaining wall and wondering if the salt neutraliser should be on the brickwork, after the tanking or in the scratch coat.

Normally the salt neutraliser is when salts have migrated through plaster work mate

Could also use a tanking slurry on brickwork first aswell heidy k11 expensive though
