S/c scratch coat then dry wall for topcoat

Hi all as above would this be a ok way to do the flotin in with a dry zone damp proof new to her so hi all is the dry wall a damp proofer or just to let the wall breve and stop sailts thanks

Just get a spec off who ever is supplying or doing the dry zone.

If you don't and there's a problem you will get all the blame.
