Rule for cutting quoins

Does anyone know where I can buy a rule that has a small handle on which is used for carving out quoins

Seen them in aldi just before xmas it is actually for trimming wall paper and i bought a couple cos they looked like they would be good for quoins cost less than a tenner for both so, look on decorators sites

Same as Raggles has said, decorators use them, They sit on the skirt line and you trim the paper off on them so its neat on the skirt. The guy cutting the quoins is using it upside down thats all, B&Q sell them.
