Any insight into this one?
White rough render onto a new build block work.
Look ok at first. Later discovered bald patches, lots of chalky deposits. Hollow along bells at bottom. Cracking up from bells up to 300mm in places. Looks awful in wet weather. Supposed to be white but its blotchy grey. Lots of individual hollow spots on faces. Each corner has a crack running up its entire length and expansion joint left blocked. Also should it have a drip half way down the face?
I know what I think but I don't do it for a living
Any advice?
