Rendering timber frame garage, west sussex

in looking for someone who I can discuss my options and quote to finish my timber frame that I'm about to build.

Been doing a lot of research and it seems a thin coat system on aqua panel could be the way to go.....

is there any rendering on the house that you need to match up to ?

Carrier board and silicone finish is the way to go i think. Many systems to choose from

It doesn't need to match up to the house. It's a detached garage, being built under permitted development.

The thing I thought about this morning was, a part of it will be close to another building, which you won't be able to get between to render... Could this be rendered before erecting?

you may have to meet a fire regulation if is close to an other building.

Yes I will, 30mins fire protection. This is why I'm opting for a rendered finish on the outside and plaster boarded inside.
