Render outhouse

Don't do much rendering but doing outhouse of mine over week or so. Guna use base coat over old brick ,mesh second coat , rub up then primer texture . Brick not the best . Wanted know best brand which goes furthest and cheapest bout. That ok boys . Any suggestions
