Hi there my names dan and I'm new to this forum, so here is my first post! Ive been plastering for about 9 years now for a local builder, and have now set up on my own, I do a lot of skimming and rendering on new builds, and have recently been asked to quote for a hack off and re-render of a rear of house, now I know these walls are solid no cavity, not sure wether they are brick or stone, my question to you is can this be rendered in sand and cement or will it cause problems with damp in the future! Or do I do it in lime?? I haven't had time to see if it is s/cement on thee already or lime, cheers (Sorry bout the upside down photos lol)
