never used it before.can it go on a painted surface,and then scratched with s&c?is it rolled on or layed on?

it is for tricky backgrounds but I wouldnt gaurantee anything on paint. you should try stripping the paint really. there are products out there that say for painted surfaces but i have used em in the past and dont really have confidence in how good it can be. another method would be to add mesh to the prep coat and pin the mesh back into the substrate
