Removing dot and dabs

I need to remove approx 3 dot and dabbed plasterboards how difficult is it to remove the dabs from breeze blocks? and how would I do this?

already started it..not as bad as I thought once you get going, needed to be done wall was running off and it was bugging me.
I work for a pharmaceutical company.
Ripped off by a builder and now trying to go it alone. Not been easy I get home from my real job and put my pretend builders hat on
