Release Agent alternative

What do you lads n lasses use on timber battons if you dont have any release agent. Doing some garden planters and they want the insides rendered half way down so gone fix some stop latt too render down too.

I only ever use cooking oil and never had any probs and yes i think I saw the same Tommy episode as you :RpS_laugh:

yeah it will once they have filled it to the top with soil covering all but the top 2 inches of your render on the inside of the planter then put some crocus's or pansies or something in there
