re render

Been to hack off a few gable ends today which were just 1st coated on top of lightly painted sand and lime brick came off a treat .now normally I would hpx mesh and fix but they want a cheap job and I'd heard you lads on about render aid and was wondering if this would do the job as said the brick has a very small amount of either lime wash or paint what do you think

It will fall off again , yes. Sand blast or wire brush then rendaid or HPX/HP12 and the jobs a goodun.

paint or flick on a sbr slurry and let dry put another one on and render when tacky use sbr in the mix 2 litres per gauge .

im not sure if rendaid is any cheaper mate its webbers equivelent to hpx
