I reckon the painter is a complete w**k*r but lets face it they all are. Plasterers are always having to shift everybody elses shite !!! As for who should move the plaster? Id have got my labourer Lucy to do it

Leave it there, the chippy will have to shift it to do the skirting and he'll expose the unpainted bit so he'll get docked when the painters have to go back in and touch up around the skirting.

Please @BritishGypsum , don't you try moving the bags. Unfortunately the plasterer will have to move them. Who else would understand how fragile the paper is ?

Too true, made from tissue paper over there.
Nobody moved them because they were frightened of every other bag ripping in half on your shoulder.
