Simple Question!

Can you get plenty of work if you have no qualifications but have done on the job training?

If you are good clean and fast,yes you can. If you are slow and clean keep going you will get faster. If you are slow and dirty, give it up you will soon be found out.I have to say in this modern specializing world of plastering broad qualification is no match for competence in one area.

Yes very much so, before all this 2 week course bollox everyone was site trained. I was site trained and so are many others on here I imagine.

It's like a drivin licence. It don't mean your any good just because you got the ticket.
