are you including scaffolding in your quote ?
oversils, is there a decent over hang on roof ? you need to carry out a pull test to find out what secondary fixings are required. what finish is required, dash or acrylic.

Whoever you are buying your materials off will probably have 90mm in stock. But other sizes have to be ordered in.same with starter track over or under sills, verge trims. These can take a week to get hld off. Other than white or black special made colours to a ral code can take longer.
Do your research and place your order in plenty of time. Allow for mistakes. Order plenty.

Yep 90mm eps is a u value of 0.30 on a solid masonary wall to building regs.
