I work on my own for 16 years , today I went to work at 7.30 got to the job at 8.30 am , did four hits and left at 6.30 pm , tbf I do get a bit down sometimes but it’s what I do.
Depressed no , I don’t know why except I do get down if I’m on same job for to long
And I don’t drink maybe it’s that

Walk my dogs every morning too , tbf that sets me up for the day , do notice sometimes when out with them old people in there 70s or even older up and about on there way somewhere to do something and think to myself well if they are off to where ever and they are ok then I should definitely be

It’s not easy on your own,you have to do absolutely everything.But I think the longer you do it the harder it is to work with someone else.It can also be hard to come home and switch off.
