I have one ('Tracer' brand), but the problem for me is that I lose pencils far too often for it to be worth my while actually using the damn thing. I just take packets of pencils to work, instead.

You just need to keep a beady eye on the movement of staff members - if you watch carefully (especially when the store's really busy and the staff are run off their feet), you'll notice them using sneaky shortcuts behind mirrors or hanging carpets, etc.
