Took a tape down and measured it all then applied a metre rate for ceilings, walls and working at height. The rooflight is a good 6 metres up.

Jobs like that I work out a price first. Then treble it

It is, especialy when the chippies aren't capable of fixing the noggings perpendicular to the roof trusses.
I'm looking forward to doing the walls.
