Hi lads, has any one used a bucket coat over pared parinter ? If so how was you finishing it to receive top coat? Thanks

Yes I've done a few.the first time I just spatted over then sponged.then on the last one just troweled in flat as the grain was 1.5 although parex seems a little heavier than others 1.5.
Parinter is a great product to use

Yes I think it's more 1.8 but I like it , with regards to parinter was going to use 6mm beads is this what you went with? How did it spray ?

I used thin coat mesh beads.is it going over paint?i wouldn't use 6mm as the thickness will be a few mil more.
If going over paint I would keep it 4-5mm as per spec as you don't want a lot or weight on the wall.
I meshed also and just hand balled it

Sorry for the in experience but is this the best stuff to go over sound painted houses.
I have been asked to do a couple of houses so should I use this.
I've was told to use Jub jlm20 and mesh.
Which is the one to use!

Parinter is for use over a painted surface.you can use jub but best to back up with fixings.
It's a minefield subject.that Parinter really does stick like s**t.
Clean walls first then use parex lankomoouse over paint before render
