What K rend is it? Monocouche or Silicone bucket coat?

Either way you may need a silicone based masronry paint.

As Paul said mate paint it ,normal paint is fine , done some over weber ,mono the guys house in ivory 5 years ago, then he wanted it white :RpS_confused: ,we just used weather shield ,webers paint is silly money

A good silicone paint will be best. Mapei do a product called Siliancolour Pittura which is a high quality silicone paint.

In white it is about £80 a tub and will cover 50m2 in one coat. Let me know if you need anymore details

Done me old mans chimney in FT Polar White and the moaning old git said it wasnt white enough.
Wacked a coat of sandtex smooth masonry paint on it and 3 years later it still looks mint.

If it is Mono then 'ordinary' masonry paint will do but for what it costs anything more than 10 ltrs go for the more modern paints like Ryan suggested. That price quoted is good for what it is. Jubs Revitacolor is good to use and stretches should any minor cracks appear. Looks matt as well so looks more natural.

id go for a modern acrylic paint as said, most come with a lifetime guarantee and are uv resistant, masonary paint, youll be replacing ever 5 year on an exposed panel.

I recently used Mendrend Penetrating Acrylic in White and it looked spot on. It's grainy and looks exactly like K Rend when finished, doesn't change the texture or shine etc
