Hi again, for over boarding a high ceiling over rough original am I best using screws or nails to secure to joists?

nails can pop, screws pull in the board and are easily removed if needed

Its not easy to get people to nail plasterboard properly, ok for old fuks like us

Well I rather opt for screw so I can sleep better at night time so I don't need get call back from client plus my reputation is paramount.

I love using nails when i can on overboards and i think it's a hell of a lot quicker and easier than using a cordless and loose screws.

Personally I prefer collated, probably because I've got rakes of them left over but I do find it quicker as well

look at the size of a screw head , its a few mm, look at the size of a gal roofing nail nearly 10/15 mm and i sleep at night, becoz I dont get call backs becoz we feckin nail for years with not problems , has I said it works for me , but if the customer or builder wants it screwed I screw it , simple :RpS_lol:
