plastering is easy money, you know that !
How come you carry on after 65? You enjoying it or just want to stay away from your Mrs at home? Either way good going 68 and still plastering, when I turn 68 I'll be 6ft deep for 15 years already

i am self employed so at 65 ,as we have a large customer base so i just carried on working, my wife who is a nurse did retire once but they asked her to return to work as they are so short of staff.
 
Only met a couple of older chaps who have walked away from this trade. Mostly through health. They miss it like mad. Pick my brains with, "what's new in the trade" I always say, apart from the mixer, it's still the same.
 
I worked for a lady whose parent just celebrated 60 years marriage, when he was asked the secret of a good marriage his reply was "yes dear."
