ocr rates

Hi All Just recived an email from a large plastering firm in Mansfield offering me an ocr render job 13mm internal work ,ready for tiling £ 4.00m2 ,labour only . Is this the going rate now , as i havnt done any webber ocr for a few years. thanks for any replys .....dsdave

Sounds like a nice job, until he finds out its on the third floor, and he has to protect everything,and knock up else where. Take extra care when rulling and plumbing up anything for tilers( as you should). As they can be premadonnas,and will start contra charging you for the smallest of imperfections." this tile adhesive aint cheap you know"

Id say more like 5 or six , esecially if its small areas.

Don't take the ****, I've gone in at a reasonable rate so don't try it on. And of course my price was supply and fix as well.

Get as much as you can, it gets tiring using OCR all the time especially on the wrists £5m2 is about average for this sort of work
