Notched trowel

What size do you generally go for I mean the notch depth of the tillers trowel when meshing thanks

12mm will give you a 6mm base and a 10mm notch will give you a 5mm base. All dependant on the system spec

The one I'm starting 120m wetherby an using 6mm beads first coat meshed then left to dry with the mesh in I'm going to use 10mm tilers trowel

Usually a 12mm but carry a 10mm around as well. Find notches level with beads then bed mesh in lightly, spat flat leaving about 2mm the grease over.
