I have no idea what you mean... stagger boards? I just whack them up willy nilly and hope I hit a joist with the screws

How about these bits behind the beam? Had to buy a fight angle adaptor to screw the boards up. Only 165mm gap between bean and wall.

Wow! They do look nice, don't know what it would be like to actually live in one. How much are they going for?

The large unit is 4 bed. Only problem for me would be that you can’t see out of any windows as they are so high. I would’ve had a mezzanine in the bedrooms to see out of the velux windows. That one is about £400k. The upstairs apartment (2 bed is the only one with a view. That one is about £200k. View across Falmouth Bay to St Mawes.
