i got a kraft (elite five star) trowelfor skimming , really nice trowel to use better than marshalltown in my opinion only bad thing is that the handle is quite big and it makes my wrist hurt
 
Could you not change it for one of their wooden handles and whittle it down for a comfortable fit Naz.
 
yeah i should do really coz it really is a much better quality trowel than marshalltown, i find that marshalltown trowels wear in the middle and after a while the toe starts to dig in but the kraft ones wear nice and straight

wouldn't worry me my right hand is used to handleing something with a bit of girth to it lol......
 
i ordered it from the states coz its hard to get the elite series over here, ive heard their standard trowels are just as good the only difference is the handle

i actually like the handles being a bit thicker the handboards are very comfortable

My wife's family all come from Yorkshire and they are forever correcting the way I speak, ruddy cheek like they speak the queens English.
