Hi guys, new to site, been plastering forever, gonna need some advice re monocouche render or k rend, if poss.
Anyone know how they get the tram lines in, do you leave a lathe in and remove later or can anyone point me the right way. Matching in a small area width of a garage door, all advice appreciated:-0
 
Just cut it in after you scratch it mate ,mark it out first ,stand back look at it .then cut it ,you get one shot
 
It's pretty easy really , but you need plenty on and remember the old statement "measure twice cut once " cos as Keith said you only get one chance, also there's a thread on here regarding ashlar beads (don't use em ) with some links and info have a look there
 
There are beads that you bed in and remove later but dont seem readily available in U.K.
