Yes they are but they last for years once there going proper. I think I'll go back to a 12 x 5 mt there a decent trowel

You really should stop mucking about with those silly big trowels and get something more appropriate. After years of using trowels that size you must have wrists like crystal glass.
So with that in mind I suggest.
