It's nice to look at and chill for a while but think I'd quickly get bored. Same reason I hate beach/resort holidays. Best time I had in Tenerife was when I took a quad bike out and broke it on top of Mount Tide.

The other job. MF & board. Plus two similar blocks at a later date.

Four of us. Myself and one at Sennen, and two in St Austell on the flats. I have to go to the flats sometime to do the dabbing (miles of it) . Could probably keep another boarder busy too, but four is a comfortable enough number really.
Fair play mate, four is enough stress. I only employ my son, these days. Just because he's my boy really.
He is good though, well primed he is. Its a hard thing employing men.

My son (31) works for me too. He’s been on a couple of years now. The chap he works with mostly has been on with me nearly 3 years.
I’ve just taken on another guy who I’m training up. He worked for a builder that I do work for, and works like a Trojan. Got a good team really. A mate of mine comes and goes. He’s building a house, so comes back on when he runs out of money. Don’t advertise or anything. All word of mouth.
I’ve had the odd bloke come on briefly, but they are normally rubbish, so don’t last long.

You’re lucky to be living in a very buoyant part of the country. Too much going on down there. I might relocate.
