Well, at last...after an extra month on 1st fix joinery, we're now ready for our plastering works!!

So the job is ready and now you are trying to find someone. This is probably something that most trades laugh about the most. You get a phone call from someone enquiring about a job to be told it's ready now, or can you start next week. As if we're sitting by the phone waiting.
I honestly wish you good luck in finding someone at short notice, as it sounds like a nice job.

The best way to find the right contractor is to sort it a few months before the job is ready.
Wasn't you the guy that was going on my builder for quotes?

My builder, god know!

We've been ready for a while - but were held back by the windows, mainly.

I'm not wedded to somebody starting now - can wait a while for the right team etc.
