My mt hawk is gubbed,only ever used mt. Nela are more expensive but don't mind paying it if it's more durable.any guys got one,is it worth jumping ship.

Do u clean your handboard? Or 1 of them rough f**k**s who bang it off after a gage with a hammer as handboard Mt should last years

Depends how much it's used, this is a Mt magnesium which is supposedly harder wearing then Aluminium .

Mines custom made 16" square T6 Aluminium hardly worn in over 10 years of mostly sand cement work. Problem would be if they were for sale? You wouldnever need to buy one ever again

The 14" is big enough for me Greg i did buy the stupidly big adjustable rectangular mt thing, which tried to kill me when I walked into a door jamb with it and it almost bust me ribs.

Ive Been reading a few facebook posts regarding meterage theres some handier lads then me about, I wouldn't even want to mix it never mind sling it at a wall some of the figures bandied about.
And they've time to polish to death aswell.

That looks just like mine has it got a peice of foam pushed over the handle as well.

I have a couple of magnesium Marshalltowns, 1 must be 10 years old, and they are both dead flat.

About £30 if my memory serves me right!

Magnesium are about 50, was going to get one but went with a Nela, which is ok so far but I've only used it for skimming. Have 2 like Scottie's which I use for floating and dabbing etc.
Fkin hate a warped board.
