Need help choosing a product...

Hi all,
I've recently stripped paper from my bathroom, the plaster on one of the walls has come off with the paper.
There is a base coat still on the wall with the original "scoring" marks and seems sound, I am wondering if a ready mixed plaster skim product would do the job for the final coat, if so is there anything I need to apply like a PVA product to the plaster before using this product.

Yes use pva 2 coats at 1 pva to 2 water and multi finish plaster to finish
