multi...how soon can a bad skim be reskimmed?

final polish done , doesn't look great

..how long will it take before it be redone?
..5:1 pva and repeat the usual 2 coat process or something different?

you can just give it a pva and get straight on it if you like, one coat should do it..
failing that, give it a good 2 coats of pva day after, one at 5:1, next one at 3:1 then 2 coat it again with new beads etc..

the surface was slightly uneven to start with, think the the problem was I didnt put it on thick enough to get a good level ..was 3-4 mm in most places but patches of 1mm due to it being raised
