You can get a full thermal ewi system for 15 per m nowdays. They need to reel it in. Seriously.
 
i give about 23 a bag, but thats by the pallet and buying 100's of bags at a time.
where you getting it at £18? ive never seen it no where near that

trouble is the merchants are milking it too. not enough in the job to line the pockets of the merchant and the manufacturer.
 
Is maite the parex equivalent of HP12 or is that parinter?

I wouldnt use hp12 over insulation, altough some brands do rebag it and sell it for that its in fact designed for masonry backgrounds and is better suited for that.
Krend will even spec hp14 themselves, not hp12 for insulation board.

Maite is far far beyond hp12 hence the double in price per bag.
