I spray monorex through my ritmo L at around 250 and sometimes that to stiff!

I think some of you may have had too much water in mixing zone at start up which caused bridging.
Make sure your rotor and stator is holding good pressure. and the 10mm cap that comes with spray gun is good enough.
There seems to be a situation where more users can spray it ok and a few cant which i think may be start up issues
